  • Order entry and artwork management support

All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise specified.

Client Obligations

By using our services, you agree to provide accurate project details, artwork files, and instructions necessary for order completion. You are responsible for reviewing proofs and approvals before production use.

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purposes. Any misuse of our platform that affects performance, security, or other users is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property Rights 

All materials displayed on this website, including text content, graphics, branding elements, and service descriptions, are the exclusive property of Artwork Services and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Clients retain ownership of the original artwork files they provide to us. Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered files (including vector artwork, digitized embroidery files, and edited images) transfers to the client for their intended use. Artwork Services reserves the right to refuse projects that violate copyright, trademark, or legal protections, and may retain the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Payments & Refund Policy 

All services must be paid according to the agreed pricing terms. Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. 

However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will offer reasonable revisions to ensure project requirements are met.

Limitation of Liability 

Artwork Services shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Our maximum liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project in question.

Service Suspension or Termination 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if any user violates these Terms & Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or behaves in a manner that may harm our business operations or reputation.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
