No. Every country we serve gets the same 1-2 hour turnaround and the same pricing — there's no surcharge for being outside India.
3Which file formats do you deliver?
For embroidery: DST, EMB, PES, EXP, JEF and more — just tell us your machine format. For artwork: AI, EPS, PDF, PNG and other production-ready vector formats.
4How do I send my files?
Use the Submit Your Request button, upload your artwork (JPG, PNG, PDF, AI or a clear photo) and add your deadline. We reply by email with your quote.
5What if I need changes after delivery?
Just reply with your notes. We'll revise the file — whether it's a redraw or a re-digitize — until it's exactly right for production.
