At Artwork Services, we are dedicated to delivering accurate, high-quality digital artwork and production support services. Because our work is customized and service-based, we have established the following policy to ensure transparency and fairness for all clients.


Refund Policy

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. However, refunds may be considered under specific circumstances outlined below.

1. Situations Eligible for Refund

You may request a refund in the following cases:

Duplicate Transaction

If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same order, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.

Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you cancel your order before our design or production team starts processing it, you are eligible for a full refund.

Missed Delivery Commitment

If we are unable to deliver the completed files within the mutually agreed turnaround time and you choose not to continue with the order, you may request a refund.

Unresolved Quality Concerns

If the delivered files do not match the specifications submitted at the time of order, we will first provide revisions. If the issue remains unresolved after reasonable revision attempts, a partial or full refund may be considered based on the scope of the concern.


2. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • The project has been completed and approved by the client.
  • A refund request is submitted more than 7 days after delivery.
  • The final artwork has already been used for printing, embroidery, production, or distribution.
  • Errors occurred due to incorrect instructions, incomplete information, or inaccurate files provided by the client.
  • Express or rush services once processing has started.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@artworkservices.in with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
  2. Our support team will review your request and respond within 1 business day.
  3. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Before Processing

Orders may be canceled without penalty only if the cancellation request is made before our team begins working on the project. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

2. Cancellation After Work Has Started

If the project has already entered the processing stage, cancellation requests will be reviewed individually. A partial refund may be issued depending on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation.

3. Express & Priority Orders

Orders marked as urgent, rush, or express are immediately assigned for processing. Once work has started, these orders cannot be canceled or refunded.


Revisions Policy

At Artwork Services, we prioritize revisions over refunds to ensure client satisfaction.

  • We provide 1–2 complimentary revisions per project to address adjustments aligned with the original instructions.
  • Additional revisions or major design changes beyond the original brief may incur extra charges.
